ETANCO Group announces the acquisition of SYSTEA Gmbh, the market leader in ventilated facade in Germany.
About SYSTEA Gmbh: Founded almost 46 years ago in the Hamburg region, SYSTEA designs, manufactures and markets a complete range of sub-structure systems for ventilated facades. It covers the entire chain, from sales to implementation support, including consulting, production and delivery. Its know-how is internationally recognized for the quality of its aluminium and stainless steel solutions.
In its last financial year, which ended on 31 December 2020, SYSTEA generated revenues of approximately 14.3 million Euros, 80% of which were generated in Germany. The company has 45 employees.
As the undisputed leader in Germany, the company has over the years built up a portfolio of loyal customers and can rely on highly experienced teams and extensive technical capabilities.
